معاينة المنتج
يمكنكم معاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام في وجود المندوب، وذلك في مدة أقصاها 10 دقائق.
You may inspect the item(s) before receiving them in the presence of the courier, within a maximum of 10 minutes.
عدم قبول الاسترجاع بعد المغادرة
بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكننا قبول أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع لأي قطعة.
Once the courier leaves, we will not be able to accept exchange or return requests.
الاستثناء الوحيد
استثناء التبديل أو الاسترجاع في حالة واحدة فقط وهي وجود عيب تصنيع.
The only exception to exchange or return is in the case of a manufacturing defect.
